Working Principle:

1. The motor drives the screen drum to rotate slowly around its axis through a driving device (such as a reducer or chain);

2. Materials enter through the feed inlet at one end of the screen drum. During the rotation of the screen drum, material particles smaller than the screen mesh size pass through the mesh holes and fall into the receiving device below, completing the collection of “undersized materials”;

3. Material particles larger than the screen mesh size rotate with the screen drum and are discharged from the discharge outlet at the other end, becoming “oversized materials”. Finally, the separation of materials with different particle sizes is achieved.
